Tomato and egg is one of my favorite childhood dishes, something that I cook when I am especially missing home cooking. It is a simple peasant dish from China, and I wanted to share the experience of cooking it through an illustrative zine. It outlines step by step how to cook this dish, and then opens up to a poster with words of taste associated with this dish.
