For this assignment, we were tasked with choosing a toy and redesigning the packaging to be made of eco-friendly materials and reusable. I designed packaging for a rubber ducky, creating a company called “Goose Ducks” that marketed rubber duckies as a collectible for not only the ducks but also for the packaging. The box the rubber duckies come in can be unfolded to become a modular playmat that can be connected with other packages to create an infinitely large play mat for the rubber duckies.
